In every 3 women, 1 is suffering with hair loss. Every single day she worries about the beauty of her hair, imagining her bald or with an ugly looking wig, this has become a nightmare disturbing the nights of most of the girls.

Well the reasons of hair loss or thinning of hair lies in our daily living style. The small things that we ignore become the reason of baldness. Some typical reasons being:

  1. Any kind of hormonal shift, anemia or thyroid imbalances, causes the hair follicles to stop the growth, the main thing that you can do to avoid this is that go to the doctor as soon as possible. Avoid using the hormonal medicines, in the long term, they can show devastating result.
  2. Use of low quality shampoo can act as the balding tool. These shampoos contain dangerous cheap chemicals. So why to save few cents and make yourself bald.
  3. If you know that you are allergic to something then avoid it to every extent because long-term allergic reactions sometimes cause bald spots. This is because of the imbalance of your immunity system.
  4. Wrong and unsuitable hair styling causes the hair to become weaken and then ultimately causes the hair loss leading to balance.
  5. Hair gels or other styling products are also one of the major causes of hair loss, as they contain harmful chemicals. They not just only results into baldness but in the long-term, they can cause cancer too.
  6. Another reason for hair loss is tight tying of hair; it creates baldness in the forehead area and breaks too much hair which will ultimately result into baldness.

Another reason of hair loss is the genetic disorders or may be it is inherited from your mother and father side. Well unluckily no such medicine is there to treat such hair loss, only way is the genetic surgery or maybe your doctor can suggest such medicines which can increase the time period for which you can sustain your hair.

Some more important points that one should pay attention to are your nutrition plan, it should take the bits of every important element in your diet. Proper oiling is also a suggested remedy; it regulates the blood flow in the head region and eventually leading to the strength of hair along with the length.

Avoid hair dyes as much as possible; just consider it a pair of scissors which will continue to cut for hair ever after. The chemicals in them make your hair weak and rough, they are not only harmful for your hair but also for your skin. It creates dark patches on your forehead leaving no option to remove them. So be natural and take care of your beautiful hair!
